SATURDAY 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (doors open at 8:15 a.m.)

EVENT DRESS CODE: Nice casual attire is appropriate. TIME OUT FOR WOMEN is an event, not a typical conference; Sunday dress is not expected or necessary.

FOOD/LUNCH OPTIONS: No outside food will be allowed in the venue. There will be an 85-minute lunch break on Saturday. We recommend you and your group make plans in advance for this lunch break. For more information about on-site lunch options, please visit website 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

MOTHERS WITH INFANTS: Children (including toddlers) are not permitted at a TIME OUT FOR WOMEN event. The only exception to this is nursing infants. In order to provide a great experience for both the mothers and the other attendees, ushers will assist mothers with infants to designated seating areas. If your child is fussy or noisy during the event, you will be asked to use the mother’s lounge, where sound from the event will be available.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION: If the event is not sold out, tickets will be sold at the event without the full-weekend discount. Prices are as follows: $20 for a Friday night ticket and $65 for a Saturday ticket.

SPECIAL NEEDS REQUESTS: If you or a member of your group requires special arrangements for ASL, hearing or visual impairments, or other needs, all requests must be made directly to tofwhelp@deseretbook.com or call 1.801.517.3228 no later than TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the event. TOFW will make every effort to accommodate all requests.

SERVICE PROJECT: Participate in the 2013 Food 4 Kids Project by bringing the items that correspond with your last name.
A-F: 1 box macaroni & cheese AND 1 box individual Goldfish/cracker pouches
G-K: 1 box (6-8 count) granola bars AND 1 box (11.5 oz) individual instant oatmeal packets
L-R: 1 can (5 oz.) tuna or chicken AND 1 (16 oz.) plastic jar peanut butter
S-Z: 6-pk 1 oz. boxes raisins AND 1 small box (6-8) crayons
Backpacks are welcome but not expected. If you are able and want to donate a backpack, please make sure it is gender neutral, a basic color, and fits 5-11 year olds.

Attendance at this even grants permission for your image and likeness to be used in future promotional materials without further agreement on the part of TIME OUT FOR WOMEN or Deseret Book Company.
